La Dame de Peronne
Our French-style Biere de Garde is brewed with Pilsen, Vienna, and Munich Malts balanced by German Noble Hallertau hops. We then ferment it using a lager yeast, but at ale-like temperatures. The result is a unique malt-driven flavor similar to both a Saison and an Maerzen. We named it after the Brewster (female brewer) of the de Clerck brewery in Peronne, France.
